OVERSEAS SHIPPING SERVICE


Online shopping is now available for customers living abroad.

＜How to use＞ 

◎Step1 

When you access the Kuretake Official Online Shop from overseas, the "WorldShopping BIZ" cart is displayed on the top page and on individual product pages, so you can shop in your own language.

◎Step2

Select the item you want to purchase. In the pop-up window, choose the color, size, and quantity, add a message if needed, and click "Add to Cart."

◎Step3

Your total will be shown. After entering your delivery address, you'll proceed to checkout. WorldShopping BIZ will purchase the item on your behalf from Kuretake Official Online Shop and charge you a first payment.
First payment = Product price + Purchase agent fee (10% of the product price) 

◎Step4 

Once your item ships from Kuretake Official Online Shop to WorldShopping's domestic warehouse, WorldShopping will charge you a second payment.
Second payment = International shipping fee (calculated by weight and delivery area) + packing/handling fee (if applicable) 

◎Step5 

WorldShopping delivers your order to you overseas through its own logistics network.

＜Fee＞

WorldShopping will charge 10% service on the “Total Product Price”*. Once we deliver the product to WorldShopping, you will receive another payment request from WorldShopping containing International Shipping Fee, Handling Fee and Other Fees (If any). See WorldShopping Fees  for details.  *Total Product Price=(Product Price + Domestic Shipping Fee in Japan).

＜For International Customers＞

As WorldShopping buys a product on behalf of the customer, we can not accept any changes in the order such as (order cancellation, returns) once an order has been placed with WorldShopping.
