OVERSEAS SHIPPING SERVICE


Online shopping is now available for the client living abroad. 


＜How to use＞ 

◎Step1 

When overseas customers access “Kuretake Official Online Shop”, the “World shopping BIZ”navigation cart is displayed, which is multilingualized on the top page and target item details page.
 



◎Step2

When selecting the item to be purchased, a pop-up screen is launched, enter color, size, quantity, message and click on the “Add to Cart” button. 









◎Step3

 The purchase price is displayed. After entering the address, we will shift to the accounts pages. “World shopping BIZ” who received your order will be purchased on behalf of “Domingo Online Store”. And we will inform you the first settlement amount. We will ship items from “Kuretake Official Online Shop” to domestic bases of “World shopping BIZ”. Then the second settlement amount will be announced. 
 ※First settlement amount = Total product price + Purchase agent fee (10% of product price) 
 
 

◎Step4 

When the item is shipped from “Kuretake Official Online Shop” to the domestic base of “World Shopping BIZ”, the settlement amount will be announced. Second settlement amount = international shipping fee (determined according to the weight and delivery area of the order item and option fee for packing etc) 
 

◎Step5 

 We deliver goods to custermers handed overseas via the “World shopping BIZ” logistics system.





＜Fee＞

WorldShopping will charge 10% service on the “Total Product Price”*. Once we deliver the product to WorldShopping, you will receive another payment request from WorldShopping containing International Shipping Fee, Handling Fee and Other Fees (If any).
