Shipping Information

Note: This policy applies to orders shipped within Japan. For orders shipped internationally via WorldShopping BIZ, please refer to WorldShopping BIZ's own shipping policy.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped via Yamato Transport.

If a single order exceeds the size limit for "Kuroneko Yu-Packet" (a compact mail-slot delivery service), or if it is combined with items not eligible for Kuroneko Yu-Packet, the order will automatically be switched to standard courier delivery (Takkyubin).

For orders and payments completed by 3:00 PM, items will be shipped within 3 business days, including the day of order. For orders and payments completed after 3:00 PM, items will be shipped within 3 business days, starting the count from the following day. (Shipping operations are suspended on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Please note that processing may take longer than usual during the year-end/New Year holidays and summer holiday period.)

Please note that we do not ship outside of Japan.

Shipping Fees

[Kuroneko Yu-Packet]
A flat rate of 275 yen (tax included) applies nationwide.
*Since items are delivered directly to your mailbox, delivery date and time cannot be specified.
*Once shipped, the address cannot be changed or forwarded, so the order will be canceled if an address change is requested after shipping. In this case, the shipping fee (275 yen) will be borne by the customer, and only the product price will be refunded.
*If the item does not fit in the mailbox, a delivery notice will be left and the item will be taken back to the carrier's facility; you will need to request redelivery within the storage period. Redelivery in this case will be made by hand.
*If delivery cannot be completed due to an incomplete address, the recipient's absence, or other reasons, and the storage period expires, the order will be canceled. In this case, the shipping fee will be borne by the customer, and only the product price will be refunded.

[Courier Delivery (Takkyubin)]
If the total amount of a single order is less than 5,500 yen (tax included), the shipping fee is 600 yen (tax included). For deliveries to Hokkaido or Okinawa Prefecture, the fee is 1,100 yen (tax included).

Shipping is free for orders totaling 5,500 yen (tax included) or more. However, for courier deliveries to Hokkaido or Okinawa Prefecture, a shipping fee of 500 yen (tax included) applies even for orders of 5,500 yen or more. All amounts listed are tax included.

Please note that if the order total after applying coupons or other discounts falls below 5,500 yen (tax included), the order will not qualify for free shipping, and the standard shipping fee will apply.
*If delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient's absence or other reasons and the item is returned to us, the order will be canceled. In this case, the shipping fee will be borne by the customer, and only the product price will be refunded.

Delivery Slip

A delivery slip will be included with your order.
*Delivery slips are not included with subscription items. However, if regular items are purchased at the same time, the slip will be included with those items.
*If the billing address and shipping address differ (e.g., for gifts), a product details sheet listing the orderer's name and shipping recipient (without price information) will be included instead.

Emails to Customers

Customers who complete a purchase will normally receive an "Order Confirmation Email" and a "Shipping Notification Email." If you do not receive these emails, please see here.
