Convenience Store Payment

  • You can pay at Seven-Eleven / Family Mart / Lawson / Ministop / Daily Yamazaki. Please check the payment methods for each convenience store from the links below.

  • Separately from our order confirmation email, you will receive payment instructions from no-reply@komoju.com. Please set your email to receive emails from this domain.
  • Please pay at the convenience store selected on the payment method entry screen within 2 days from the day after your order.
  • A payment processing fee of 220 yen will be charged for convenience store payments.
  • As payment is required in advance, we will arrange for product shipping in the order of payment confirmation. If the payment deadline passes, your order will be canceled.
  • The name of the billing entity for your usage fee will be the payment processing company [KOMOJU].
Apple Pay
  • You can make purchases using credit card information registered with Apple Pay.
  • Payment is only possible with compatible devices.
Rakuten Pay
  • You can make smooth payments using your usual Rakuten ID and password. Earn and use Rakuten Points! Please use Rakuten Pay, which is "easy," "safe," and "お得" (advantageous).
  • Rakuten Points are only earned for payments made with Rakuten Card, Rakuten Points, or Rakuten Cash.
Smartphone Payment
  • PayPay / Merpay / LINE Pay are available.
  • After placing your order, you will be redirected to the payment screen, so please log in or scan the QR code to complete the payment.

 

Notes

  • For JCB payments, convenience store payments, and smartphone payments, after clicking [Complete Order], you will be redirected to the KOMOJU screen. Please fill in the necessary information and complete the payment.
  • Once the purchase procedure is complete, you will receive a payment guidance email from "no-reply@komoju.com" to the email address you entered. Please check it.

 

About Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel before shipping, please contact us via our inquiry form. Please note that cancellations for products that have already been shipped or for which payment has been completed via convenience store payment cannot be accepted for any reason. Thank you for your understanding.
  • If you wish to change your order content, we apologize for the inconvenience, but you will need to cancel all items and then place a new order.
