How to Order Engraving and Noshi Gift Wrapping (Fountain Brush Pens and Fountain Pens)

You can easily place an order, even if it's your first time.

【Order Flow】
STEP 1: Select Products

Please select products eligible for gifts (engraving/Noshi).

STEP 2: Select Noshi

1. Noshi: If you wish to include Noshi, please make sure to check "□ Yes".

2. Select Purpose:

  • Red and White Chōmusubi (for celebrations that can be repeated)
  • Red and White Musubikiri (for one-time celebrations)
  • Black and White Musubikiri (for condolences)

3. Enter the salutation (表書き).

4. Enter the sender's name.

5. Select Noshi placement:

  • Uchinosh (inner Noshi)
  • Sotonoshi (outer Noshi)

STEP 3: Enter Engraving Details

Please fill in all fields.

STEP 4: Select Packaging Options

If you wish for packaging, please make sure to check "□ Yes".

※If you want only packaging without engraving, please write it in the "Notes to shop" in the cart.
※If there is no engraving, only ① Kuretake wrapping paper is available.
STEP 5: Cart Confirmation and Order

Please be sure to confirm your entered details.

  • If there are any input errors or omissions, production will begin after confirmation.
  • If we cannot contact you, your order may be held or canceled.

【Notes on Engraving】

■ Font and Color

  • You can choose from 3 font types.
  • "Cursive" is only available for alphanumeric characters. If you specify "Cursive" but enter "Japanese" for [Name to be engraved], it will be changed to "Mincho" font.
  • The following symbols can be used. Other symbols cannot be used.
  • You can choose from 2 text colors.

■ Number of Characters

  • Full-width: Max. 8 characters (including spaces)
  • Half-width: Max. 13 characters (including spaces)
  • If a space is required between the surname and given name, please include a space (blank) in the name to be engraved as well.
    Please note that a half-width space will be used for "half-width space" and a full-width space for "full-width space."

  • We may adjust the number or type of characters.

■ Text Orientation and Position

  • Text orientation is horizontal only.
  • Engraving position is on the cap only.
    Only for products where engraving on the cap is not possible, it will be engraved on the "end plug."
  • When engraving on the "end plug," the text orientation cannot be specified. Only initials will be engraved.

【Notes on Orders】

■ Delivery Time

  • We will ship approximately 8 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
  • Products purchased together will also be shipped together, so please be aware of this in advance.
  • During long holidays such as New Year's and summer holidays, delivery may take longer than usual.

■ Confirmation and Contact

  • If there are any unclear points, we will confirm by email or phone.
  • If we cannot contact you, the order will be held, which will cause a delay in delivery. Please be aware of this in advance.
  • If we do not receive a response within one week, we regret to inform you that the order will be canceled.

■ Changes/Cancellations to [Name to be engraved]

  • In the unlikely event of an error, please contact us within 2 hours of completing your order.
    If too much time passes after the order, engraving work will progress and corrections will no longer be possible. In such cases, refunds cannot be issued, so please be aware of this in advance.
  • If you order multiple items with the same engraving content, there may be a shortage of stock or a delay in delivery. Please be aware of this in advance.
