◆Regarding the Invoice System

For products shipped from October 2, 2023,
the delivery note (with price) enclosed with products delivered to the orderer will be
compliant with the "Qualified Invoice (Invoice System)".

The delivery note (INVOICE) includes payment settlement information (paid).
Since it is in a format that confirms our receipt of payment,
we do not issue separate "receipts".

If the name of the orderer and the name of the invoice recipient are different,
please enter the name of the invoice recipient in the "Company Name" field.
The invoice will be issued under the company name.
(Please note that if no company name is entered, the name provided at the time of order will be used.)

Please note that we cannot re-issue a delivery note once it has been issued.

If the orderer and the shipping address are different,
a product detailed statement (without price) with both the orderer and shipping addresswill be enclosed. If you require a delivery note (with price) compliant with the "Qualified Invoice (Invoice System)",please contact us via the
inquiry form.

For products shipped until September 29, 2023,
we can issue receipts within 2 weeks of receiving the product.
Please contact us via the inquiry form, stating your order number (KU●●●●) and name.

◆Can I pay by cash on delivery?

We apologize, but we do not accept cash on delivery.

 

◆The payment deadline for convenience store payment has passed...

We apologize, but your order will be cancelled. Please place a new order with the same contents.
There is no need to contact our inquiry desk.

 

◆I didn't receive the convenience store payment guidance email.
