◆How much is the shipping fee?

【Kuroneko Yu-Packet】275 yen nationwide (tax included)
*As of August 1, 2024, Yamato Transport's "Nekopos" service has been discontinued.
*Delivery is to your mailbox, so you cannot specify the delivery date and time.
*After shipment, changes to the address or forwarding are not possible, so please be aware that your order will be cancelled. In such cases, the shipping fee (275 yen) will be borne by the customer, and only the product price will be refunded.
*If the package does not fit in your mailbox, an undelivered notice will be left, and the package will be returned to the post office. You will need to request redelivery within the storage period. Redelivery will be made by hand.
*If delivery to the mailbox is not possible and the package cannot be delivered due to the recipient's absence or other reasons, and the storage period expires, the order will be cancelled. In such cases, the shipping fee (275 yen) will be borne by the customer, and only the product price will be refunded.

【Courier Service】
For orders totaling less than 5,500 yen, the fee is 600 yen (tax included).
For deliveries to Hokkaido and Okinawa, the fee is 1,100 yen (tax included).

*Shipping is free for orders totaling 5,500 yen or more (tax included). However, for deliveries to Hokkaido and Okinawa via courier service, a shipping fee of 500 yen (tax included) will be incurred for orders of 5,500 yen (tax included) or more.

Please note that if the order total after applying coupons and various discounts is less than 5,500 yen (tax included), it will not be eligible for free shipping, and the specified shipping fee will be charged.

◆When will my order be shipped?

Orders and payments received by 3 PM will be shipped within 3 business days, including the day of the order/payment.
Orders and payments received after 3 PM will be shipped within 3 business days, starting from the next day.
(Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are休業日. Please note that shipments may take longer than usual during New Year's and summer holiday periods.)

*For custom-made products such as those with names engraved, it may take approximately 2 weeks for the product to be shipped.
