【Engraving Service Available】
A full-fledged fountain brush pen using weasel hair for the brush tip.
The body of the pen is made of deer antler, dyed using ancient dyeing techniques by Yukihiro Yoshioka, the fifth-generation head of "Somenotsukasa Yoshioka," a company dedicated to reproducing traditional Japanese colors with plant dyes.
The cherry blossom-colored deer antler is repeatedly overdyed with "lac," a type of cochineal insect, to express the color of the dogwood flower.
Achieving pale colors requires careful adjustment of concentration during the dyeing process, so it must be dyed slowly while checking the color.
You can enjoy the dogwood color, as if your cheeks are lightly flushed with pink.
Comes in a paulownia wood box, perfect for gifting.
