This colored ink uses Kuretake's unique manufacturing method to bring out the vivid and beautiful colors and delicate brushwork characteristic of Japanese painting.
You can achieve various expressions by controlling the amount of ink and your brushstrokes, such as creating gradations, blurs,かすれ (dry brush effects), and mixing colors.
It can be widely used for Japanese painting, sumi-e (ink wash painting), watercolor painting, and bokusaiga (ink and color painting).
Comes in a paulownia wood box for convenient storage.
