FAQ: Order Cancellations and Changes

◆I want to cancel/change an order.

Cancellations can be accepted before the product is prepared for shipment, but please note that cancellations cannot be accepted once the product has been prepared for shipment.

To cancel or change an order, please use one of the following two methods:

A. Fill in the required information via [Contact Us] and send it.

B. Fill in the required information in the [Order Confirmation Email] and reply to it.

Required information: Include the "Order number" starting with KU and "Order cancellation or Order change" in your message.

 

*Cancellations or changes cannot be accepted after the product has been prepared for shipment.
*For convenience store payments, order cancellations cannot be made after payment has been completed.
*For personalized products, please note that cancellations cannot be accepted even before shipment preparation if production has already begun.
